Hi, I’m Emily.

I’m a creative soul with a passion for gardening, crafting, writing, and spending quality time with my daughter and husband. My yoga journey began as a way to overcome debilitating anxiety, which sparked a deep commitment to wellness and mindfulness. As a versatile yoga instructor, I specialize in toddler yoga, vinyasa, power, slow-flow, and prenatal practices.

I love designing classes with intentional choreography and creative sequencing, crafting sessions that are both dynamic and grounding. From playful, music-filled toddler classes to empowering vinyasa flows and soothing slow flows, my teaching blends peace, love, and soulful yet upbeat energy. My goal is to invite students of all ages to move with intention, connect deeply, and embrace the joy of mindfulness in every practice.
